All permanent makeup services require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This fee is applied to the service price upon completion of the service. Should you no-show for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you communicate a need to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be given 1 reschedule opportunity. A second cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Temporary beauty service or waxing service clients will be banned from booking in the future.
